President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner assured today that Argentina's dollar-denominated debt bonds are to be “paid in dollars” whilst criticizing a New York appeals court ruling that could force the country to repay creditors who have sued to collect on bonds in default since 2002, in a speech at the Government House today.
