Bielsa new head of SEDRONAR drug prevention programme

Former Foreign Minister, Rafael Bielsa, was named Secretary of the SEDRONAR government-led programme for the prevention against drug addiction and fight against drug trafficking, replacing its former head, José Granero. The decision was concreted in decree 289, published in the Official Gazette.
