The lawyer of the Mothers of Plaza de Mayo Foundation, Eduardo Barcesat, admitted that funds sent by the Government to the housing programme of the human rights group should have been subjected to “greater controls”, after the former financial manager of the organization, Sergio Schoklender, was accused of money laundering and embezzlement.
