A year after the death of President Hugo Chavez, the image that depicts his eyes are seen everywhere, from giant billboards and buildings to t-shirts and notebooks.
Meanwhile, opposition demonstrators take part in a protest against Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro government in Caracas.
A hard core of students and radical opposition leaders are still on the streets, and there are clashes daily.
