PRO MP compares Plaza de Mayo rally with ‘Mussolini, Franco’ era

PRO lawmaker Federico Sturzenegger questioned the alleged “use of public resources to gather militants in Plaza de Mayo” and added such demonstrations reminded him of "Mussolini and Franco."

“What we want is the President to come to congress, address the House, explain her  legislative program and, above all, we don't want any public resource to be used like in (today's) rally which has no democratic representiont,” Sturzenegger told reporters.

“The crowd gathering in Plaza de Mayo reminded me of Mussolini and Franco dictatorships,” he insisted.

Meanwhile, PRO lawmaker Federico Pinedo criticized CFK's inaugural speech for not making any reference to people's "current problems" such as like "drug trafficking."

For GEN deputy Margarita Stolbizer, the head of state dismissed "important issues" such as "inflation" and the "crisis" in the energy sector and the public education system.
