March commemorates Ferreyra's murder
A march commemorating the death of activist Mariano Ferreyra was carried out today from the National Congress to Plaza de Mayo.
Political and social organizations and unions marched today from la Plaza de los dos Congresos to Plaza de Mayo to commemorate the second anniversary of the murder of Partido Obrero militant Mariano Ferreyra.
“We come together to claim for justice for Mariano, life imprisonment for Pedraza and the dismantling of union and business gangs” a communiqué sent by the organizers of the march read.
The march began at 3 pm outside the Congress ending at Plaza de Mayo. Among others, the Workers' Party, Barrios de Pie, and Movimiento Libres del Sur were taking part in the demonstration.
