Students, City Education Minister to meet again on Friday
The first meeting between students who have taken over 41 schools and City Education Minister Esteban Bullrich ended without an agreement anf will continue on Friday in order to find a solution to the conflict, which entered its 17th day on Wednesday.
“Students must bring a new proposal regarding the new methods of dialogue that must prevail to the next audience. And Judge Elena Liberatori requested Minister Bullrich to do the same,” City deputy ombudsman Roberto Gallardo said.
Gallardo, who had requested Judge Elena Liberatori to call on Bullrich to solve the conflict over syllabus reforms in secondary schools explained that “what we tried to do in this meeting was to set a new channel of dialogue, but we did not fully discuss the issue.”
Gallardo also assured that Liberatori urged students to lift the takeover of schools.
