CTA, Teamsters' Union march, strike to be held on October 10

The march to Plaza de Mayo square organized by Pablo Micheli's CTA and Hugo Moyano's Teamsters' union that was scheduled for October 11 will be held the previous day after the head of Mothers of Plaza de Mayo foundation Hebe de Bonafini's request.

Micheli confirmed the new day for the march "to avoid problems and any inconvenient with Mothers, who make their Thursday's round" at the traditional city square.

"We've decided to hold the strike and march along the teamsters' union on Wednesday 10," Micheli told the press.

"Moyano, change the date because Thursday is our day. There are other seven days in the week to march," Bonafini stated last week.
