CFK launches new phase of ProCreAr housing programme

President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner assured that “we have taken a very important step” in the Pro.Cre.Ar home programme as soon loans will be allocated to those citizens who lack plots of land to build.

We hope to meet with City authorities because in Buenos Aires there also are people who do not own homes. There are many available plots in Pompeya, Parque Patricios and the south area of the City as well as in Palermo, Caballito and Liniers neighbourhoods.”

The funds that the State will obtain from construction tenders will be used to finance tunneling of the Sarmiento railway,

With the tunneling works a strip of land with a very high cost will be available, and we will use it both for parks and for the construction of homes as well.

“I urge citizens, architect associations and engineers to create a project for the use of those plots in which parks are included but homes, which are necessary, are included as well.”
