    President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner announced a 15 to 5 percent plunge in the export rights of thermoprocessed meat, while meat processing plants will be forced to keep all employees in exchange, and also warned that she will apply the Supply law if necessary to guarantee yerba mate for the domestic market.
