Buenos Aires stocks edge down

Buenos Aires stocks edged down with the Merval benchmark stock index losing 0.3 percent to 2,270.81 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk edged down by 1 percent, and stood at 971 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
