Buenos Aires stocks edge down

Buenos Aires stocks slightly fell today, with the Merval stock benchmark index moving down by 1.2 percent to 2,309.85 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk rose 0.9 percent and exceeded the 1,000 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
