YPF: CFK thanks opposition for supporting expropriation

While giving a speech in San Juan, President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner thanked “all political parties who supported the bill calling for the expropriation of Repsol YPF,” assuring that the gesture shows “how mature our civil and political society” has become.

Earlier, Fernández de Kirchner had asked opposition leaders who stated they would not support the bill to do so because “this is not a project for this Government, but for all Argentines and all sectors of the economy."
