BA stocks edge down

Buenos Aires stocks edged down in today's trade, with the Merval benchmark stock index loosing 1.7 percent to 2,459.56 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell by 1.3 percent to 933 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
