Aguero denies negotiating with Real Madrid, vows to stay with Manchester
After media reports linked him to Spanish club Real Madrid, Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero denied rumours and reaffirmed he is staying at British Manchester today.
"No no, all of that, no. "The truth is that I am happy here, happy with my fellow players and the rest of the staff”, the player said after being asked about the rumours .
According to the international media, the 23-year-old, who has scored 26 goals for Manchester since his club record £38 million move last year, believes talk of a switch to Jose Mourinho's side is a complete fabrication.
Aguero also said the alleged negotiations with the Spanish club were pure media speculation.
"The only thing I have to do is enjoy playing football. I hardly ever do interviews”, he said.
"Sometimes I have to get in touch to deny or correct the claims but I can't dispel every claim that is written about me.”
"I repeat that I am very happy here and they invent things to try to compromise me," Aguero concluded.
