Dollar trades steady at AR$4.405

The US dollar stood at AR$4.36/AR$4.405 today, remaining unchanged from the previous price at the close business yesterday at Buenos Aires exchange houses.

Meanwhile, the Euro also remained unchanged, trading at AR$5.71/AR$5.83 at City exchange agencies.

Today, the Central Bank purchased US$ 210 million dollars to stop appreciation of the peso. The Peso closed 0.11cents lower than its historic rate.

So far this month the monetary authority has bought over US$585 million.
