Warm and sunny weather for long weekend

Winter coats may be out of the cupboard, however, the surprise blast of cold weather that hit Buenos Aires and surrounding areas this week has indeed been cut short.

The weather outlook for the long weekend shows sunny promise, as the National Weather Forecasting Service (SMN) predicted clear to lightly cloudy skies for today with light north-easterly winds. Minimum temperatures will hit 15 degrees Celsius, reaching highs of 26 degrees.

On Sunday the temperature is predicted to keep rising, again, with clear skies and light north-easterly winds. There will be lows of 16 degrees and highs of 27 degrees.

Monday will see partially cloudy skies with 17 degree lows and a top temperature of 24 degrees.
