Fresh weather marks official start of autumn
Summer´s over: Porteños began bringing out jumpers and jackets as cooler autumn temperatures hit the city.
In a fresh start to the day, residents of the Greater Buenos Aires area and the city experienced a cool gust of lower temperatures this morning, reaching just 10 degrees Celcius in some areas; officially marking the start of the new season.
After the blazing hot weather experienced in the city last weekend, temperatures finally started to cool, giving way to the new season. The National Weather Forecasting Service (SMN) informed there would be lightly cloud coverage over the city and that top temperatures would reach 20 degrees.
Tomorrow’s forecast was predicted to be somewhat cloudier with light northerly winds. The minimum temperature will be 14 degrees and the maximum 25 degrees.
