BA stocks drop
After showing early gains, Buenos Aires stocks presented losses, with the Merval benchmark stock index edging down by 2.3 percent to 2,692.93 points.
Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell by 0.6 percent to 779 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
