'Politics is one of the best places for youth,' CFK

President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner made a spirited defence of the young militants of the Kirchnerite organization “La Cámpora,” calling them “one of the most wonderful things to have happened to this national and popular project.”

The Head of State dedicated a large portion of her speech to praise the La Cámpora militants in response to two Op-Eds recently published in the local newspapers La Nación and Clarín, which blasted the organization.

“They know who they are up against: against those who destroyed this country, against those who want to monopolize speech, to concentrate the economy, misery and inequality,” Fernández de Kirchner said during a ceremony held at the Government House.
