Flights delayed at Aeroparque, Ezeiza due to storms

Due to the overnight storms and continuous heavy rain, flight cancellations and delays affected both Aeroparque and Ezeiza airports this morning, airport sources and Aerolíneas Argentinas 2000 said.

Thousands of flight passengers were affected by this morning’s storms, which affected both incoming and outgoing flights. The heavy rain was forecasted to continue across the city of Buenos Aires and its surrounding areas.

At least twenty flights were delayed at Aeroparque with the 5.05 am flight to Sao Paolo being cancelled directly. In addition, the 9.55 am flight to Bariloche was also cancelled.
