Fiscal surplus reaches 622.4 M in January

Economy Minister Hernán Lorenzino and Treasury Secretary Juan Carlos Pezoa were received by President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and anticipated that the fiscal surplus totalled $622.4 million pesos ($142.9 million dollars) in January against the positive result registered the same month in 2011, when it reached 2.105 billions.

The increase of the Social Security Revenue and the Income Tax collection led to this figure. The fiscal surplus does not include the debt payments.
