BA stocks edge up

Buenos Aires stocks closed higher with the Merval benchmark stock index edging up by 1.4 percent to 2,838.62 points.

Meanwhile, the country-risk fell by 2.8 percent to 777 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
