CFK celebrates her birthday in El Calafate

President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner celebrates her 59th birthday in her El Calafate residence with her son and daughter, while she enjoys the last days of her week away in Santa Cruz. She is expected to resume her activities on Wednesday.

Joined by her son Máximo and her daughter Florencia and a close circle of friends, the Head of State chose to spend her birthday in the Santa Cruz province. Thousands of followers and public officials wished her a happy birthday on Facebook and Twitter. 

Fernández de Kirchner landed in El Calafate last Tuesday in order to spend a week from the Government House, but she took part in the anniversary celebrations of Lago Argentino

She is expected to return to Buenos Aires once the carnival weekend is over next Wednesday.
