Davis Cup: Nalbandian brings in second point for Argentina

The Argentine tennis team was ahead against their grand opponent, Germany, at the Copa Davis today in the best-of-five series that began this morning in Bamberg. Juan Mónaco nabbed the first point in the series, beating Philipp Petzschner, followed by David Nalbandian’s win against Florian Mayer by 2-6, 6-0, 6-1 and 7-6 (7-5)

Earlier today, Juan Mónaco won by 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 against Germany’s Philipp Petzschner in a solid match opener.
