Buenos Aires stocks edge up

Buenos Aires stocks gained with the Merval benchmark stock index edging up by 1.1% to 2,741.72 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell by 0.1 points to 809 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
