Aguad differs from the rest of UCR, criticizes CFK's speech

Radical Party lawmaker Oscar Aguad showed differences with the leaders of the UCR that attended to President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner’s rally at the Government House, and said it was a “staging that does not help the aim to recover the Malvinas.”

In a communiqué, Aguad stated that “it was pertinent to denounce the possibility of militarisation of the South Atlantic.”

“The diplomatic effort, according to the head of the Decolonisation Committee, doesn’t feel pity for the long period without covering the embassy in London or the lack of attention to the exploitation of the resources in the continental sea,” Aguad continued.
