Heavy thunderstorm hits City, Greater BA areas

Heavy rains fell over the City today for the second consecutive day. Subway lines H and D aren't working and Libertador avenue has been flooded. The National Weather Forecast Service (SMN) earlier issued a weather alert

Intense rains, strong winds and occasional hail were falling in the area in City and Greater Buenos Aires areas SMN officials also said that weather conditions are expected to improve tomorrow.

On Wednesday, heavy showers over Buenos Aires created floods in the northern neighbourhoods.
