EU foresees ‘moderate recession’ for first semester in Europe
The European Union predicts Europe will endure a moderate recession says Olli Rehn.
The European Union predicts Europe will endure a moderate recession on the year’s first semester, remarked today EU commissioner for Economic and Monetary Affairs Olli Rehn.
“Many factors make us think in a moderate recession for 2012’s first semester,” Rehn said. He also highlighted though market’s “perception over the Euro zone’s future has slightly improved, they remain negative.”
“A economic recovery will start to be seen on the second semester,” he stated.
