Temperatures drop drastically in BA city and province after rains
Following the asphyxiating day of heat in the city of Buenos Aires yesterday, the temperatures finally lowered after last night's rain. Meanwhile, today's outlook looked temporarily brighter with a minimum temperature of 20 and maximum of 28 degrees, the National Weather Forecast Service (SMN) informed.
Last night's rains also reached the northern part of Buenos Aires province and the southern areas of Santa Fe (Canals, Venado Tuerto, Colón, Pergamino, Chacabuco, Nueve de Julio, Roberts and Rufino, amongst other cities). In addition, Córdoba province was expecting a relief for farmers in the drought-affected areas.
For Wednesday partially cloudy skies and moderate southerly winds were forecasted. The temperatures are predicted to range between 17 and 26 degrees.
Thursday’s outlook was somewhat similar with partial cloud coverage, light easterly winds and lows of 16 degrees and highs of 27 degrees.
