BA stocks edge up

Buenos Aires stocks took a turn and presented gains, with the Merval benchmark stock index edging up by 2.8 percent, to 2,862.24 points. So far this month, it has accumulated gains of 16.2 percent.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell by 4.3 points to 850 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
