Boudou meets with Weretilneck, shows support
Acting President Amado Boudou met with Río Negro province Governor Alberto Weretilneck, to whom he transmitted the political support of President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, after he replaced the late Carlos Soria.
The meeting was held at Boudou’s office at Nación Bank in front of the Government House, where the Governor attended along with a strong member of the province’s Peronist Party, the head of the Victory Front bloc in the Upper House of Congress, Miguel Ángel Pichetto.
Boudou ratified the support of the national government to Weretilneck’s administration to face the critical financial situation the province is going through and Soria’s death, who died 20 days after being sworn-in as Governor.
“There’s a team that will back the administration of Río Negro province in the current circumstances where the system is recovering. They will achieve what a government has to achieve, which is to improve the quality of life and the public administration of the province,” Boudou highlighted after the meeting.
