BA stocks edge up

Buenos Aires stocks showed gains, with the Merval benchmark stock index edging up by 0.4 percent, to  2,780.51 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell by 1.6 percent to 870 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
