CFK postpones trip to Santa Cruz
President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner postponed her trip to Santa Cruz this afternoon, for tomorrow, where she go to spend time with family to welcome in the New Year.
The head of state reprogrammed her activities yesterday and met with Planning Minister Julio De Vido and Vice-President Amado Boudou at the Presidential residence in Olivos.
In addition, Fernández de Kirchner held meetings with Puricelli and De Vido. At 12 pm the President met with Boudou, whom will assume the presidential role during her 20-day period of leave, when Fernández de Kirchner will undergo surgery for her thyroid cancer.
Following her meeting with the former economic minister, the President met with ANSeS head, Diego Bossio.
Later in the afternoon yesterday she held a second meeting with Boudou, and later has scheduled meetings with Public Works secretary, José López and Transport secretary, Juan Pablo Schiavi.
