Gov't announces four new holidays for the public sector

Interior Minister Florencio Randazzo announced that, in order for families to make the most out of the Christmas and New Year’s celebrations, the Government had decided that the 23rd, 26th and 30th of December, as well as January 2nd would all be declared a holiday for those working in the public sector.

Randazzo explained that the measure does not affect those working in the banking sector, but urged companies in the private sector to follow suit.
