Buenos Aires stocks edge down

Buenos Aires stocks ended lower, with the Merval benchmark stock index edging down by 2.8 percent, to 2,485.41 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk gained 10 points to 905 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
