CFK calls for compliance with school calendar

President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner assured that “economy has laws and rules that aren’t enforced only by law or decree,” and regarding education, she requested “more quality not only in students but in teachers as well,” while addressing the Legislative Assembly during her inauguration ceremony.

“I ask all the men and women who have the immense honour of wearing the white smock and all governors in the country to make a great effort to comply with the school calendar,” she said

“This is something I also requested in my 2007 speech, and there have been great advances in the evolution of education.”
