Argentina remains tenth in FIFA's Top 10

Argentina’s national football team remains in the tenth place in FIFA’s world ranking, which is now headed by Spain, followed by Netherlands, world champion and runner-up.

Argentina has 1,067 points, far from Spain’s 1,546 and Netherlands’ 1,365, according the International Federation of Football Association.

Brazil has reached the sixth place after descending one post, while Italy dropped three positions to the ninth place in the “Top Ten.”

Meanwhile, Bolivia, the team who drew Argentina at the River stadium in the qualifiers for Brazil 2014 World cup, is the worst South American team located at the 106 position.

The world Top 10 and the teams classified of the Conmebol are the following:

1) Spain 1,546

2) Netherlands 1,365

3) Germany 1,345

4) Uruguay 1,309

5) England 1,173

6) Brazil 1,143

7) Portugal 1,100

8) Croatia 1,091

9) Italy 1,082

10) ARGENTINA 1,067
