Buenos Aires stocks slightly edge up

Buenos Aires stocks edged up, with the Merval benchmark stock index moving up by 0.08 percent, to 2,679.19 points. So far this year it has experienced losses of 24%.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell by 0.1% to 848 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
