Del Potro reaches semi-finals in Valencia

Argentine tennis player Juan Martín del Potro defeated US Sam Querrey and will face Spaniard Marcel Granollers in the semi-finals of the Valencia tournament.

Del Potro won by 6-2 and 7-5 over Querrey in a match that lasted one hour and 17 minutes.

The other quarter finals matches will be played by Spaniard David Ferrer against Russia’s Nikolai Davydenko, and Spain’s Juan Carlos Ferrero who will face Argentine Juan Mónaco.
