Buenos Aires stocks edge up marginally

After a positive day, Buenos Aires stocks edged up with the Merval benchmark stock index gaining 1.1 percent, to 2,880.78 points.

Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell by 2.9 percent to 855 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
