Buenos Aires stocks slightly higher
Buenos Aires stocks experienced gains, with the Merval benchmark stock index moving up by 1 percent, to 2,309.43 points. So far this year it has experienced an accumulated loss of 35.1 percent.
Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk plunged 3.54 percent to 981 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
