Buenos Aires stocks pushed down on global economic fears

Buenos Aires stocks showed negativity, with the Merval benchmark stock index moving down by 0.2 percent, to 2,286.73 points.Stocks plunged by 7% in Buenos Aires yesterday, seen as a knock-on effect of the current crisis in Greece, the price of soy and a possible stagnation in the Brazilian economy.

Argentina's country-risk rose by 0.7% to 1025 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
