Argentina in the edge of FIFA's Top 10
Argentina’s national football team dropped from the ninth to the tenth place in FIFA’s world ranking, which is now headed by Spain, who removed Netherlands from the top.
Argentina has 1,024 points, far from Spain’s 1,605 and Netherlands’ 1,571, according the International Federation of Football Association.
Uruguay remains with the best ranking of the Conmebol, in the fourth place with 1,184 points, while Brazil was left in the seventh place, its worst position in the ranking’s history, with 1,132 points.
The Top 10 and the teams classified of the Conmebol are the following:
