Delays, suspensions in flights of Córdoba and Patagonia area

The airport of Córdoba remained closed during most of the day due to a fire near the landing strip. Meanwhile, some flights at the Patagonia had to be suspended due to the presence of volcanic ash.

The Ambrosio Taravella International Airport had to cancel its activities after an area of grass near the landing strip caught fire. Official sources said that there were other points in the province that caught fire and had to be evacuated.

The airports from Comodoro Rivadavia, Río Gallegos, Puerto Madryn and Viedma had to suspend their services.
