Mónaco, Chela join Argentine team for Davis Cup

Juan Mónaco and Juan Ignacio Chela will join Juan Martín del Potro and David Nalbandian in the Argentine team of the Davis Cup that will face Serbia for the semi-finals between the 16 and 18 of September in Belgrade, the team’s captain Modesto “Tito” Vázquez confirmed.

With the designation of Mónaco and Chela, Vázquez confirmed the speculations, although he has not yet confirmed who will form the doubles. The singles will be played by Del Potro and Nalbandian.

Serbia had already confirmed its team, which will include the top seeded Novak Djokovic, and also by Janko Tipsarevic, Viktor Troicki and Nenad Zimonjic.
