This week at the movies
The list of film releases this week takes on a multi-lingual twist; presenting a few Argentine options, a Portuguese documentary, a French flair and of course a little English. Hollywood choices include the thrilling ‘The Whistleblower,’ in which a police woman outs the UN for covering up a sex scandal, starring Rachel Weisz in the lead role.
If you fancy a little thrill, or some Hollywood horror, 'Final Destination' takes it's place on the cinema listings with it's fifth edition. The Argentine film to highlight is probably 'Mi primer boda' for a little slapstick comedy fun about a 'real' Argentine wedding. In addition, British flick ‘Another Year’ covers a year in the life of a married couple, starring Oscar-winning actor Jim Broadbent opens.
