Buenos Aires stocks move up slightly

Buenos Aires stocks showed positivity, with the Merval benchmark stock index edging up by 0.6 percent, to 2,883.89 points. It has advanced 2.07 percent during this week.

Argentina's country-risk rose by 1.2% to 758 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.

The American currency traded for AR$4.17/AR$4.215, gained half a cent compared to the previous closing price in the main banks and bureau de change in Buenos Aires downtown.
