Gov't calls businessmen for a 'cultural change' to replace imports with nat'l production

President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner defended the active policies and the measures applied so that the companies import less and insisted that they should invest in national production to boost the supply, while the State stimulates the demand.

“We are doing these things so that those who imported can now produce in Argentina,” the Head of State assured as she highlighted the role of the Economy Minister Amado Boudou, who is also her candidate for Vice-President, during the inauguration of the plant of Bangho Argentina in Parque Patricios.

Fernández de Kirchner said that replacing import with national production “is not only an economic transformation, but also cultural.”

She also referred to the economic development of the country by assuring “it’s not magic or tail’s wind, but the correct administration of resources.”

The president confirmed that she will enact the software law in a rally to be held in Tecnópolis.
