Chávez congratulates CFK over primaries result

Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez congratulated President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner via his Twitter account after the first official results of the primary election showed her as the winner.

“Bravo, my dear Cristina! Hurray Néstor! Hurray Argentina! From Caracas, I’m with you, with all of you, with Argentina!,” stated the Head of State in his account of the social network.
